Love All Serve All, Help Ever Hurt Never

Sathya Sai Baba is one of the most revered spiritual teachers in the world. He is also known as Sathya Sai Baba, Sai Baba, Swami, Bhagavan or simply as Baba to millions of people in the world. His followers come from all faiths and races and meet regularly for devotional singing, to study his teachings, and to engage in service activities in order to practice his message of Love All Serve All, Help Ever Hurt Never and Peace to unite all mankind. Sathya Sai Baba has inspired and continues to inspire millions of followers throughout the world to the ideal that (Seva- selfless service) to man is service to God. His numerous service projects, be it free hospitals, free schools and colleges, free drinking water supply projects, or free housing projects, or disaster relief operations, all stand testimony to his selfless love and compassion especially for the underprivileged. He is an inexhaustible reservoir of pure love. Today, Sathya Sai International Organization founded by Sathya Sai Baba has a presence in more than 160 countries and its members undertake many selfless service activities that benefit their immediate communities.

SHIRDI SAI BABA

Sabkha Malik Ek (Everyone’s God is One)

Shirdi Sai baba also known as Sai baba of Shirdi is a spiritual guru, who is regarded by his devotees as a saint. One of his well-known proverbs is Sabkha Malik Ek (Everyone’s God is One). The name Sai was given to him in Shirdi, Maharashtra, India. Sai means ‘mother’ and baba means ‘father’. Shirdi Sai Baba lived an outwardly simple life. He spent his life teaching people love, forgiveness, helping others, charity, contentment, inner peace, and devotion to God and guru. Shirdi Sai baba advised his followers to live a family life with simplicity. One should always help others and love everything without discrimination. Shirdi Sai Baba always encouraged charity and shared the happiness of sharing, he taught his followers to love every living being without discrimination, give water to thirsty, food to hungry and clothes to the naked. Today the Shirdi Sai Temple in India feeds 40,000 people each day for free. The temple prepares, cooks and serves quantities of food that are nearly unimaginable. The kitchen dishes out as many as 40,000 meals per day, every day, all year long. Meals are free to the public. The temple follows the teachings of Shirdi Sai Baba and believes that those who are hungry deserve to be fed, and those who are thirsty deserve to be given a drink.
